Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) has been selected by industry leading press manufacturer Mark Andy to provide print quality and control for its high-end hybrid inkjet label press. The AVT system, Jet-IQ, is the only proven closed loop solution for digital inkjet presses that works in synergy with press controllers to maintain heightened print quality. This alone makes it the perfect complement to the Mark Andy Digital Series platform.

Jet-IQ offers an unsurpassed combination of production speed and assurance. In addition to providing exemplary print quality at high run speeds, the solution offers quick set-up and full reporting functionalities. As a result, presses can confidently run not only faster but more frequently.

Jet-IQ achieves this through a multi-faceted set of benefits. An innovative nozzle performance and color control feature increases press productivity, and the system also can verify geometric parameters such as color to color registration, image placement and printing defects detection. Jet-IQ also monitors the integrity of both permanent and variable content, classifying possible print defects and automatically initiating corrective measures.
