Mark Andy is Preparing and Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Mark Andy has been working diligently to ensure that our supply chain remains intact to support your business during these rapidly changing and unsure times. We’ve surveyed 500+ of our active suppliers throughout the world, asking not only about our suppliers’ direct ability to furnish us with finished goods, but also required such suppliers to verify the status of the suppliers they rely on as well.
As of today, almost all the responses from our direct and indirect suppliers indicate that there is no anticipated impact to their ability to supply products and services on time. We have received responses from our top 100 suppliers and responses from many others. Due to the increase in the number of states and countries adopting “Shelter in Place” orders, we will continue to monitor our suppliers and update you with any critical news that may have the potential to impact our suppliers’ operations.
Internally, Mark Andy is prepared to manage any future progression of the outbreak. We are “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” (as defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security), and so we have many employees continuing to work on our factory floors, in our warehouse facilities and even in the field servicing customers. At the same time, we are taking every precaution to keep our employees safe as they perform these essential job duties.
At this time, we anticipate no significant impact on our ability to supply our customers with the equipment, parts, supplies and technical service they require to maintain their production.
Mark Andy greatly appreciates your continued business. We hope all our customers and their families remain safe and secure.

Health & Safety Tips
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then throw the tissue in the trash. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces (Cell phone, keyboards, phones, mouse, etc).
We are asking our staff and partners to stay at home when feeling sick and avoid close contact with those exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. These symptoms can be fever, cough, tiredness, difficulty breathing, and general malaise.
Limit the interactions between groups of people whenever possible. Please observe local ordinances on group gatherings and social distancing. Stay six (6) feet away from coworkers. Limit communication to email, phone calls or virtual meetings when possible.
