Your Project Team Manager (PTM) will be your main contact from the build of your press through the first year after install

From the time of your purchase agreement through the first year after installation, you’ll have one dedicated contact at Mark Andy to see you through every step of the way. Your Project Team Manager will provide you with a welcome packet that outlines everything you should expect while your press is being built.

In the data meeting you and your PTM will review all aspects of your press configuration

You’ll have a chance to sit down with your PTM to discuss your press build and all of your specifications. This important step ensures we cross the T’s and dot the I’s to maximize the success of your build with Mark Andy.

Your PTM will keep you updated on the progress of your press build

Your press build will follow the same standard manufacturing process that all of our builds do.

• We manufacture all parts in-house
• We test all modules during assembly

PTM will coordinate a date for your press acceptance. Once the press has your stamp of approval your PTM will coordinate shipping to your facilities

To make sure the press has your true seal of approval, you’ll be provided with QA documentation in the form of a Test Print Sheet. We also perform a virtual Press Acceptance so you don’t lose production time to confirm quality.

PTM will schedule your press installation and training

Pre-Install

We plan your installation based on your site location. In the time leading up to install, your PTM will be performing our Pre-Install check-ins to confirm your deliveries will be on time.

Installation

During install, we provide several measure for maximum installation success:

Training

Once your press is installed you’ll receive a full week of training with the Mark Andy team on-site training on your press, printing your jobs.

All inquiries within the first year will be managed by PTM

For the first year of your press life, we’ll be there to support you with all of your support needs. We provide a variety of resources to make sure you have all of the information you’re looking for including:

• Reference Manuals
