Mark Andy is committed to the principles of the Act and strives to engage suppliers that comply with all applicable laws regarding forced labor and human trafficking. Mark Andy firmly believes that human trafficking and slavery must be eliminated and that its suppliers maintain practices and policies that safeguard against human rights violations and discrimination.
- Mark Andy does not currently have a verification process of its product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. Mark Andy is evaluating methods and policies to address such concerns in the future.
- Mark Andy does not currently have a self- or third-party plan for auditing our suppliers to evaluate their compliance with sustainability and social responsibility goals, including those directly related to human trafficking and slavery.
- Mark Andy is developing a revised supplier qualification process, but does not currently require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into its product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
- Mark Andy maintains a Code of Ethics and other non-discrimination policies, and provides training to its employees regarding ethical behavior. At this time, the policies and training do not specifically address slavery and human trafficking within the supply chain. Mark Andy is evaluating its policies and training to address such issues.
