- Amount of hours varies by plan
- All travel hours and travel expenses are included within the service rates for preventative maintenance (PM) visits
- Additional discounts applied to the final invoice for interim visits
Scheduling
- PM visits require ten (10) working days’ notice for cancellation
Replacement Parts Discount
- All plans contain discounts for spare parts from 5% to 15%
- All parts must be installed by a Mark Andy Technician or Approved Contractor
Priority Response
- Priority emergency services call escalation elevates the technical dispatch priority over non-agreement customers
Production Optimization Option
- Gold and Silver contract holders receive a heavily discounted production optimization visit
